Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AfroTech Connect, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (courses, videos, documents) on AfroTech Connect for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Course Enrollment & Payment
All courses require enrollment and payment as specified on our platform. Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment must be made in full before course access is granted
- All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
- Payment plans may be available for select courses
User Responsibilities
As a user of AfroTech Connect, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not share your login details with others
- Use the platform for educational purposes only
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not engage in disruptive or harmful behavior
Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, documents, and content on AfroTech Connect are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with POPIA and other applicable data protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
AfroTech Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
